Return and exchange policy
Basic requirements for return and exchange: 
1. Please contact the customer service within 7 days after the receipt of the logistics, and the goods will not be returned or changed within the time limit; 
2. Please provide the order number to customer service for inquiry; 
3. If there is any quality problem, please take photos and send them to customer service;
4. The returned and replaced goods have not been cleaned, the outer package is intact, the commodity accessories, tags, labels and other complete; 
5. The invoice is complete; 
6. Merchandise tags, trademarks, wash marks attached to merchandise or goods with incomplete invoices.

Process of return of goods
No reason to return or exchange the goods within 7 days
You wei promises that if the following conditions are met, you can return the goods within 7 days from the date of receipt (subject to the date of receipt on the Courier's delivery note), without any reason whatsoever. 
1. Goods are only tried on, and there is no obvious trace after wearing, damaged, does not affect the secondary sales; 
2. The goods were not washed or changed; 
3. Commodity tag, washing water mark, label and so on is complete, does not affect the second sale; 
4. Original delivery voucher;
5. The invoice (if one has been applied for) has paid the freight for sending back the goods,(if our quality inspection department determines that the goods are not really the product quality problem, and the goods are delivered wrongly, missed or lost, the freight shall be borne by us. The freight amount shall be reimbursed in full and you shall bear the freight under the circumstances.)
